Fall 2026 Cohort for Congregational Land Partners

We’re pleased to share information about our upcoming Fall Cohort, which begins on September 12. The cohort consists of a five-session workshop and serves as the entry point to CLP's professional services for congregations interested in discerning whether affordable housing or other community-serving development opportunities align with their mission and ministry.

The first and final sessions are held in person at affordable housing developments and include a site tour, while the three middle sessions are conducted via Zoom.

We ask that each congregation participate as a team, with at least one clergy member and two additional decision-makers attending each session.
